A familiar service may need more than one delivery channel

Country Delight’s direct-to-home dairy and grocery service depends on farmer sourcing, product quality and scheduled household delivery. Founded in 2015 by Chakradhar Gade, Nitin Kaushal and other co-founders, it is described in the linked profile as a Gurugram company with a broad basket of kitchen essentials. The March tracker records a ₹212.5 crore Series E extension led by Temasek through V-Sciences Investments. This follows a distinct debt close recorded in October 2024. The difference matters: the March entry is an equity extension, while the earlier row was venture debt. A profile signal says the company tested a 10–15 minute quick-commerce pilot in Gurugram in December 2024. That is a distribution experiment adjacent to its subscription model. It would be unsupported to say the Series E financed the pilot; the sequence merely shows both were part of the company’s reported trajectory.

A contactless sensor for hospital monitoring

Dozee uses a sensor sheet under a mattress to detect micro-vibrations associated with heartbeat, respiration and other vital signs, then supports remote patient monitoring and early warning. Founded by Mudit Dandwate and Gaurav Parchani, the Bengaluru healthtech company’s March row reports ₹71.5 crore, approximately $8.3 million, from C3H and Stockhausen International; the tracker labels the round undisclosed. The business proposition is to extend monitoring beyond bedside equipment and help clinical teams see patient changes. A July 2026 profile signal reports more than 200 hospitals, 15,500 monitored beds and 14 million nursing hours saved, attributed to company website data. Those figures describe a later claimed footprint, not a verified clinical outcome or proof of what the March financing purchased. Earlier reporting of layoffs in 2024 is also part of the company’s context and cautions against reading a raise as a simple growth curve.

Luxury commerce is also a platform and retail operation

Purple Style Labs operates Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop and The Stylist, pairing a digital luxury-fashion marketplace with offline experiences. The March tracker records a $40 million Series E with a broad investor group. A fashion marketplace has to bring designers, inventory, customer discovery and service together; its operating needs are unlike a consumer subscription or hospital-monitoring product. Profile signals later report that the company filed a ₹660 crore IPO draft prospectus in September 2025 and received SEBI approval in January 2026. Those are procedural milestones, not a completed listing. They help place the Series E in a longer capital story while leaving valuation, performance and investor returns outside what this packet establishes.

Equity can mean different kinds of company support

March’s 22 rows include equity, debt and undisclosed transactions. The headline funding amount alone does not tell whether a company was financing product development, market expansion, inventory or a balance sheet. Country Delight’s extension and Dozee’s undisclosed round both appear as company-level financing, but the sources differ in disclosure. Purple Style Labs’ later IPO preparation is chronologically relevant yet separate from its March raise. Readers can compare the reported instruments and investors in the table without assuming common use or impact.

Rural finance brings another instrument into view

Namdev Finvest’s debt row and Country Delight’s equity extension make the month’s financing mechanics especially visible. Namdev lends to underserved rural and semi-urban borrowers; its listed debt financing names BlueOrchard Finance, Developing World Markets and Mirova. For an NBFC, borrowing can sit closer to the funding side of its own lending operation than it would for a consumer app. But unless a report specifies the facility’s structure and end use, we should not assume that proceeds flow directly into a named loan product. This is why the table preserves debt as debt and avoids treating it as equity capital.
