Propulsion is the quiet infrastructure of a satellite

Manastu Space develops green satellite propulsion systems using its proprietary MS289 fuel and products such as I-Booster and Vyom 2U. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni Tushar Jadhav and Ashtesh Kumar, the Navi Mumbai company’s August Series A is reported at $3 million, with Capital-A and other investors named. The profile includes two prior dated milestones: delivery of an I-Booster propulsion system to DRDO in December 2024 and a Vyom 2U system test-fired in orbit aboard the PSLV-C60/POEM-4 mission in January 2025. These claims give the financing a concrete technical context. They show reported delivery and an in-orbit test, not broad commercial adoption or proof that the August round funded either event. The next challenge for any propulsion supplier is reliability across missions; that is an analytical inference from the product’s role.

Recycling requires a feedstock network and a material buyer

Banyan Nation processes post-consumer HDPE and polypropylene plastic into recycled material for manufacturers. Its profile describes a digitized collection network involving informal waste collectors, followed by cleaning and reprocessing into consumer-contact-safe plastics. The August tracker reports a $9 million direct loan from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation as part of a $29 million all-source financing package. That structure should not be simplified to a $29 million equity raise: one component is explicitly a loan and the total combines sources. Company-history claims later captured in the profile describe earlier equity rounds to build its Hyderabad facility and expand capacity. Those historic milestones illustrate a physical-capacity path, though they do not tell us current plant utilization or how the August loan is being deployed.

A sensor sheet moves monitoring out of the bedside device

Dozee’s contactless remote-patient monitoring uses a sensor beneath the mattress to detect vital-sign patterns and flag early warnings. The August row records ₹86 crore ($10 million) of debt from Stockhausen International. This financing type stands apart from the equity rounds elsewhere in the tracker. A later company-website signal reports 200-plus hospitals and more than 15,500 monitored beds as of July 2026. Such a footprint claim gives readers a later reference point, but deployment count is not the same as clinical effectiveness or nursing time causally saved. The profile also notes earlier regulatory clearance and cost-restructuring coverage. Together, these remind us that health technology requires both technical validation and operational adoption.

Climate and health hardware make the capital question tangible

Manastu, Banyan Nation and Dozee all depend on physical systems: propulsion hardware, recycling infrastructure and a clinical sensor. Their models differ, but each must move from a designed product into a reliable operating environment. The capital forms differ too: a Series A, a debt component within mixed financing and a debt round. It would be misleading to treat the three amounts as comparable growth equity. The row-level table makes the structures visible, while the profiles offer only an incomplete picture of each company’s broader financing history.

Defense platforms operate on a different procurement calendar

NewSpace Research and Technologies builds unmanned aircraft systems, including swarm drones and high-altitude pseudo-satellites, for government and defense customers. The August tracker records ₹115 crore of debt. Its profile points to earlier defense contracts and development work, a context that differs from consumer subscription businesses: procurement and qualification cycles can be lengthy, and a debt instrument may align with project or production needs. The source does not state how this loan will be used. Its appearance beside Banyan Nation’s direct loan and Dozee’s debt round makes August a useful month for comparing forms of borrowing without implying identical repayment sources or risks.

The August tracker is an incomplete public-source union. The month label is reporting context rather than a guaranteed announcement date. Later milestones and profile classifications are secondary claims; current operating status is unknown and outcomes are not independently verified here.
